Older Adult Exercise Sessions
Live stronger and age gracefully with Sherwood Heights based exercise sessions. This program is a great option for seniors that want to be active and keep moving. Participants will be guided through a series of gentle exercises, which can be completed while seated or standing. Small weights and resistance bands (provided) will be used during the session, which will help participants gain strength and improve balance. A maximum of 6 participants are able to join in, allowing the instructor time to work with everyone.
Prior to the start of the program, all participants will be required to sign a waiver and complete a readiness for activity questionnaire.
