Push Personal Training and Fitness was created to help you work towards your health and wellness goals, one small push at a time.
For me that push started with a degree in Ecotourism and Outdoor leadership. I love outdoor pursuits; hiking and backpacking are my passion. I also love the environment which prompted me to gain an Environmental Studies Post Graduate Diploma while living in New Zealand. My health and wellness journey continued as I gained certificates as a Personal Training Specialist and Group Fitness Leader, making the jump to business owner in 2017. It’s been a wonderful adventure so far and I look forward to what the future holds, not only as a personal trainer/coach but as a student; I’ve embarked on a Kinesiology Degree at the U of A part time!
I like to help people. I like to motivate and encourage. I like being a part of health and wellness journeys. I am honoured to have the opportunity to apply my knowledge and work with amazing clients every single day.
When I started resistance training I came to a startling realization; there were very few active aging females at the gym. Knowing the enormous benefits of strength training I started to ask myself how I could help share these benefits with the public. After many hours of hard work and planning, Push Personal Training and Fitness was born.
